STAFF RECRUITMENT

Bray Key Holding policy on recruitment is:-

  1. To recruit a stable, qualified and fully vetted security workforce from within the locality of each assignment.To meet and in most cases exceed the BS7499 standards of training. We encourage all members of the workforce to qualify for the City Guild Certificate of Professional Competence in Guarding at the Company’s expense.
  2. To meet in full and in most cases exceed the BS 7858 requirement for the vetting of new recruits, and that all potential employees shall produce a full personal history as part of any application to join the company.
  3. Having concern for the notoriously high turnover of staff in the security industry we have exerted our experience in devising techniques of recruiting staff of the highest calibre.

Care and attention is given to the initial application and a speedy response is generated to applicants of the right background, experience and attributes.

The company’s application form has been specifically designed to be ‘user friendly’ and when completed commences the applicants company personnel file and vetting record.

On recruitment the new recruit receives full induction and training into the Company.

In an industry where security staff are often called upon to protect buildings and equipment which are both sensitive and valuable, there exists a very low pay threshold and we at Bray Key Holding have endeavoured to provide all our staff with one of the best wage and benefit package to be found. Discussions are welcomed with potential customers to achieve a basic hourly rate of pay which will in turn attract and retain staff of the highest calibre.
