RESPONDING TO CALLS

When a system activates and signals the central station they will contact Bray Key Holding. When a call has been received the responding officer will retrieve the necessary information from the database and the keys required. On arrival on site the officer will first perform an exterior check of the premises looking for signs of intruder access. Having established that there are no signs of forced entry the officer will enter the building to find and rectify the cause of the alarm. Any repairs that may be required are to be carried out subject to the instructions previously given by file client

REPORTING TO CLIENTS

A copy of an attendance note will be left on the clients Premises. It will detail the time of the activation time of arrival, time of departure and also give a brief description of the event. Times of arrival and departure can be verified by use of electronic tags placed on the premises. (This is also a useful tool for verifying that Periodic visits have taken place) should the client require this feature.
