"Are you really serving?"
Mystery Shopping involves pretending to be a customer and showing an interest in goods or services on offer from a particular outlet or factory. This might entail a telephone call to a bank to find out what they have to offer on, for example, "life insurance". Alternatively it could involve a visit to a salesfloor to enquire about buying a new item. In both these instances the "Mystery Shoppers" job is to assess the standard of the services on offer, and record the details on a pre-printed questionnaire. The shopper also has a security role, in the event that you might suspect collusion at the payment point or the misappropriation of money. We can perform special purchasing techniques to help identify if this is actually happening.
