There would be two methods deployed. Firstly we can arrange set times for an employee to call our control centre, on receipt of this call we would ask them to await a call back on a previously agreed number (no other), the call would be made immediately, if answered we require only one word answer's "yes" or "no". If the call is unanswered or the reply is incorrect a mobile unit is dispatched immediately. The alternative is that we call the site on a pre-determined number (no substitutes), no answer signals the dispatch of a vehicle.
